Just a friendly reminder—you’re staying in a home, not a hotel, so we ask that you treat the space with care. Absolutely no parties allowed. If anything comes up, don’t worry—we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible! A couple of quick notes: • HOA rules apply, so please park in the driveway only. No street parking is allowed. Any fines for illegal parking will be charged to the guest. • The pool is not heated. • This is a residential area, so we ask that you respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM. • For safety, children must be supervised at all times near the pool and outdoor areas. • Security cameras are in use outside the property for safety purposes (no cameras inside). • Trash and recycling are picked up on Thursdays—please put bins out the night before. And one last thing: please do not flush wipes down the toilet. We’ve provided trash cans in each bathroom for your convenience. We really appreciate you helping us keep the plumbing running smoothly! Our Ahwatukee vacation home is perfectly located for easy access to South Mountain’s hiking trails, local golf courses, and the greater Phoenix area. Enjoy your time here!
