Host was very communicative and responsive. House was exactly as described. We had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great location with a tennis center within walking distance. We had a great time.

This was a wonderful place the stay! The house was clean and exactly as described. It is comfortably furnished and perfect for 4 adults. Dave, the host, was responsive to questions and helped resolve a small issue with the volume of the backyard security camera! The house was easy to find and in a safe neighborhood. Only about 20 minutes from the airport and anywhere you might want to visit in Scottsdale and Phoenix! The keypad code is for the front door, but once inside the host provided keys for the back door and the pool fob, so that you don’t need to go around for your car each time! The pool is close by and well maintained. If we’re back in Scottsdale we would definitely book this place again!

Great stay in Mesa! Easy to get into the Phoenix area but far enough out to not be in the hustle and bustle, which was exactly what we wanted. 30 minutes or so to great hiking in the Superstitions. House is very clean and comfortable with a beautiful private backyard. Will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and backyard were perfect. We spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying the sun. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Benajah was extremely prompt with communication and compiled a nice list of things to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Dave’s place was perfect for our family vacation where we met up with my sister and her boyfriend. The house was clean, cute, great location, and lots of space for 4 adults and a baby. Dave was very proactive and responsive with communication. Definitely recommend staying at Dave’s home if you’re looking for a place in the Phoenix area. There was lots to do nearby and the freeway was close to jump on and check out other areas easily.

Great place. Host was responsive, accommodating and helpful! Outdoor area is lovely. One thing to note if you are traveling in the winter that the pool isn’t heated, so swimming wasn’t an option. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay!

This place was everything and then some. From the moment I arrived, it was clear the host really cares about the experience, not just the booking. The space was spotless, beautifully styled, and exactly as advertised. Every detail felt intentional, from the comfort of the bed to the little touches that made it feel like home instead of a rental. The location was perfect, convenient, quiet, and close to everything I needed. The host was responsive, kind, and proactive. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This is one of those Airbnbs you hope is available every time you come back. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Had a lovely time at this stay. The place was clean and tastefully appointed and had everything we needed. Backyard and pool area was great wish we had more time to spend hanging out there.
